looks to me like the devil himself...first I thoght the upper middle face looking part was the supposed item, then i looked at it sideways (turned my head to the left) and from top to bottom (if normally looking-left to right) is a massive face with 2 big ass horns comin outta his head...the mouth doesn't look quite as realistic as the rest but wow thats pretty creepy...wonder if its a real pic?
