Well its strange, Im not moving so far left as to embrace socialism but after all Ive read Im more and more disgusted with commercialism, big business, the dirt in the Military Industrial Complex. Yeah I defend the Iraq War but Im increasingly wary of another one after I dug up all that info on Wolfowitz for the research thread. Im still pro defense spending but I dont like the idea of contracts being awarded to old cronies. I feel like Wal Mart should be disbanded, Im stuck but I know what I want. I guess you guys helped push me this way.

That's good ATS is getting ads from McDonalds Corp. and Burger King. This way, those ad revenues will keep ATS at its peak performance.

These big corporation ads are probably good for revenue, I'm sure.

One easy click is all it takes to support ATS.

Glad to see that you can say it without shame. Good for you and all that.

It is hard reading the things posted here and not start thinking such a way...

Question is, why place such ads in a place full of free thinkers defined by their skepticism of mass media??

If displaying these ads is what it takes to keep ATS up and running, Im all for it.

Exactly. Its not as if you have to eat the things. Although BK does make a nice burger.

I used to be way right (when I was in the Suck). But now I would consider myself left, but those politicians and media figures (some, not all) who claim the left are as big liars as the ones on the right.

So from now on, I'm not left-wing, and I'm not right-wing, I'm X-Wing!

Stickin' it to the man since 1974! (that's my new motto, too)

Haha this is genius. I'm sure you guys see the irony? Unwittingly they're helping promote a group of people who wants to promote the dangers of their organizations. So they think they're helping themselves out by advertising, but in reality they're fueling the flame that will someday burn them up. Genius.

That reminds me. Wendy's sounds good for dinner tomorrow.

Triple with extra pickles, large chili extra cheese and a great biggie fry with a pepsi 1 liter to wash it down with. Num nums...

I'm sorry, I'm not gonna lie I love Wendy's chicken nuggets. But I see the irony of what their advertising is doing on this board.
