Okay... you silly, narrow minded luddites...Here's something to wrap your mind around: We are all time travelers. The method varies, and the rate varies, but it's true. The Earth rotates about it's axis while rotating around the sun, while spinning within the Milky Way Galaxy, which is also moving at incredible speed through the universe. As these events unfold, there is something called precession which alters the relative velocities at which each of us is travelling through space. This is known as time dilation. Look it up. It's a basic concept in physics. For those of us without your terrible fear of the unknown, it;s called fact. For those of you who still decry a spherical world in lieu of a flat planet concept- I'll talk to you later...or will I?
