Gary McKinnon NASA Hacker final appeal to European Court of Human Rights result..

Today i say this ATS post here www.abovetopsecret.com... and after that i think why not discuss about Gary McKinnon case too here at ATS it self.


So, I am requesting you to Please Sign This Petition( www.petitiononline.com... ) if we have to Save Gary McKinnon.Gary's final appeal to European Court of Human Rights result is coming within the next week ,their is fear that this appeal will fail and Gary will be imprisoned for more then 60 years as a terrorist in the US.He IS just a simple guy who just get pissed off like other about hiding information about UFO's and aliens by world governments.He hacked the NASA systems only & only to find truth about UFO's and Aliens existence but not to attack or hurt people as US government calling him TERRORIST.

Now big question is why US government pushing so hard to punish him and here what some one as find the answer.here is what Gary Mckinnon found which make him terrorist Read your self www.rense.com...

People like us and hundreds of other sites ,blog talking about this case and how charges get fabricated too there is now a mounting pressure directly on the U.S. Congress to stop the extradition because the damage claims used to extradite Gary are simply not true even.

I am requesting ATS reader to singing up this petition to let government know what we people of this earth want because they get chosen by us only.

I know many sites and forum chose not allow to post a link on there site about Gary McKinnon Petition, because they don't want to get involved in this case in anyway to support Gary McKinnon. They are here only to make money out of UFO subject nothing more then that. These sites and forums don't want to get in trouble by supporting Gary McKinnon.

Anyway every one have right whom they want to go with light or darkness and we stand by light.

So i am again requesting you guys to please spread words about Gary McKinnon fair trial and get punished if guilty but only in U.K.So guys please forward this post link or direct link of Gary McKinnon Petition to every one in your mailing list.

I just signed...i think it was wrong what he did but it also was to serve a greater good(Truth).
I also think the US gov should be ashamed of themselves for letting it happen so easily.

I find It comical that the us governments space program can be hacked into with ease by some guy on his dial up. Yet instead of making our country secure we go and destroy others.

I am with you in this regards taht he did wrong but he did to know whats really going on ..When your gov not ready to let you know whom you chose ,what option you have then ???

This guy has got 10 times the sentence of Al Capone - did he actually find what he stated - the nature of the sentence appears to be an admission of liability by the US Government.

The damage does not equate to the expense of it!

Ya thats right .. As mentioned the US government said that the claims to extradite Gary lie in the fact he caused $1 Million US dollars damage to computers. But it only takes common sense to work out that these claims are fabricated and used only as a means to win the trial to bring Gary to the US. I mean Gary only used a dial-up modem and logged in to the computers remotely, he never maliciously damaged any software let alone hardware - Yet the US says they had to spend $5000 replacing every computer tower that Gary logged into (about 200 - thus coincidentally adds up to the sum of $1 million US dollars). Just think about this guys - the damage claims are a outright lie.

Its just a sinister plot from the US goverment to get back at the man that accessed their most sensitive data - i.e. their Ufo files and they also want to make sure he doesn't say anymore saw when he accessed the NASA airbushing labs.

Glad people are realising what this is all about. Gary's fight is more to do with the extradition treaty that the British govt. signed allowing the US to take British citizens into it's custody without the need for evidence. This breaks Human Rights written into the British law.

Gary admits to what he has done and is willing to pay the price. The price the US are quoting is for something Gary DID NOT do.

This cannot be allowed to progress any further and the fight will continue. Not just in Gary's case but against the Extradition Treaty. We will have it torn up, or amended to make it unilateral.

American citizens will not be allowed more rights than any other nations citizens.

Europe WILL stand up to this. That's why the US want Gary asap.

He is a Terrorist he was hacking into Military Computers on 9/11 which is truly despicable he deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail

the European Court means nothing either way the United States will make sure he serves his punishment one way or another.

He deserves the sentence just for smoking pot which he confessed to as well as his unprovoked terrorist attacks in fact that tells you all you need to know about the guy he is evil.

I personally hope he spends the rest of his life with Bubba.

Have you even read the House of Lords Ruling?

Are you familiar with the British statute books?.........and the Human Rights written into them?

Do you understand what the ECHR is and the POWERS it actually has?
