Is Rock Music Leading America Into Lucifer's Kingdom?

Certainly not ALL of modern music is evil. However, have you ever stopped and really listened to what much of today's rock music is actually saying?

If you listen closely, you will definitely notice a common thread through the music of hundreds of different popular artists.

The common thread goes beyond the promotion of drugs, sex and sin.....in much of today's music there is a common theme of turning people away from God and His laws and of turning people to Lucifer (Satan).

Did you know that Marilyn Manson is very open about wanting to destroy Christianity?:

"Hopefully, I’ll be remembered as the person who brought an end to Christianity." (Spin, August 1996, p. 34)

Did you know that the rock group Black Sabbath has actually given invitations during their concerts for people to receive Satan into their lives?

In their song N.I.B. (Nativity In Black), which is in reality a love song from Lucifer, Lucifer invites people to "please take my hand":

"Some people say MY LOVE cannot be true
Please believe me, MY LOVE, and I'll show you
I will give you those things you thought unreal . . .
YOUR LOVE FOR ME has just got to be real . . .
Look into my eyes, you will see who I am
MY NAME IS LUCIFER, PLEASE TAKE MY HAND!"

I've been listening to rock since it was rock and roll. Sabbath too. Music didn't turn me off of religion, religion did.

At one point, Satan wanted his name to be Santana. When he found out about the recording artist with the same name, he stole his voice. Which is why Santana has to use people like Michelle Branch and Rob Zombie to do his singing for him. Many think Satan is not really a nice guy. Among the Heavy Metal personalities that claim to have business relations with Satan himself are Quorthon, Glen Benton, Tom Araya, every past and present member of Venom and 9 out of 10 people involved with Norwegian Black Metal bands. Satan is a very good guitar player: he can play faster than the speed of light and all that see his metal awesomeness instantly explode two times. Satan regularly has guitar duels with John Petrucci to test his own ability against the Guitar God. Afterwards they joke about Yngwie Malmsteen's recipe books and Michael Angelo Batio's quad guitar and have been quoted as calling them "n00bs".

Satan has been known to take the form of every Morbid Angel member and play each one of their songs during concerts anywhere in California. When asked why, Satan replied "The chicks, man". Morbid Angel has attempted to sue the God of Darkness, claiming his actions are similar to those of Napster and Limewire. Satan has not been charged with anything at the moment, but later trials might prove otherwise.

I grew up with rock and roll and heavy metal and I turned out alright.

Man, where to start? First off, Lucifer and Satan are NOT the same. In fact, the word Lucifer only shows up in ONCE in one translation of the Bible...

Second, I agree with Marilyn Manson's support of the dissolution of organized Christianity. I don't have hard numbers, but its reasonable to suggest that "Christians" have killed more people in the name of God than all other religion put together. The lies being told from the pulpits should be stopped. A person's relationship with God should be their own, and no other mortal is qualified to act as intermediary.

I think there's a misconception that just because you listen to music which may appear to sing the praises of Lucifer, you also sing the praises of Lucifer.

Modern music is not lyric based. Most Marilyn Manson fans don't like him because of his lyrics. They like because of his sound, his style, and because he offers something different. You can extend that to the rest of modern music. There aren't a whole lot of Bob Dylans or Bruce Springsteens around these days. Their lyrics told stories and had meaning. There are very few artists out there today who do that.

Moreover, because rock is by nature youth-based, most kids who read or hear the lyrics don't fully understand them anyway. Even if Marilyn Manson is trying to promote some Luciferian agenda, most kids don't pick up on it. They don't recognize it as such. Therefore, the promotion of Lucifer falls on deaf ears, because the ears that are hearing it don't even know what they're hearing. When the song is over, it's forgotten.

Lucifer was "The God of Light", similar to the Greek god Pan.

I believe it's a misinterpretation in the bible.

Actually, it was the morning star which we later discovered was the planet Venus. It always rises no more than 3 hours before the dawn. It is a signifier of a new day. Often, this is interpreted as meaning Jesus.

In this instance 32 human beings are sacrificed to the luciferian entity, calling itself lord.
The lord lucifer said unto Abraham in Genesis 22:2 “… Take now thy son …Isaac…and get thee into the land of Moriah…and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of…”.
Again, we see the luciferian lord instructing Abraham to kill his son in the land of Moriah. This is where the illuminati families obtain their name Moriah Conquering Wind.

One more passage from Judges 11:31
“… whatsoever cometh forth of the doors of my house (Jephthah’s house) to meet me,… shall surely be the Lord’s …and I will offer it up for a burnt offering. V.34…and Jephthah came…unto his house, and, behold, his daughter came out to meet him… v.39…and it came to pass… that her father… did with her according to his vow…”.
In other words he sacrificed his daughter to lucifer.

Marilyn Manson is also an act - just like Alice Cooper was/is.

If you go back and read early interviews with the band, they talk about it, and about how the band is a reflect of certain fears and aspects of society. They're making FUN of the genre, and themselves. But the most amusing thing is, many of their fans don't 'get' it, and take it all seriously.

Read his auto-biography, The Long Road to Hell, he talks about how the whole thing is an act, a farce, an artistic political expression to force society to look at their own demons.

The rock music of today is pretty tame compared to that of 70's and early 80's rock. So tame, it's almost cute.
No more creative ass kickin guitar lead solos, blah.
Maybe GuitarHero might change things by inspiring young guitar jammers to develop into aspiring guitar players.
Truth is Satan is into everything. Me, I'll pass, but if you want him in your life just ask him and he'll make you a deal.
But if Satan is involved in todays rock, it's probably Satan-Lite.

Edit - BTW, Satan was in charge of God's music department before he was given the Tony Lama special, er, the boot.

Guitar Hero and Rock Band are going to single handedly save rock music.


My ten year old nephew used to listen to Avril Lavign and Justin Timberlake


Last week he told me that because of GH2 his new favorite band is now The Who!!!! I was so happy to hear that, I thought for sure he was going to grow up to be a weiner kid...lol.

Evidently he has been begging my sister for an electric guitar, when he get's it Im gonna teach him to play some Pete Townsend licks....complete with the jumping and flailing arms.


And this year he is getting Zeppelin IV for Christmas from his uncle Jonny Might just be hope for that boy yet.

Modern Christianity doesn't have much to do with what Jesus taught so maybe its destruction is a step in the right direction. Rock music isn't music that urges people to rape and kill...unlike say...Rap music. Marilyn Manson talks about destructive behavior in the first person, not as a command to others.

But clearly the OP is more concerned with the destruction of Christian dogma, Christian consolidated power over society, and Church bank accounts than the destruction of good people, good qualities, and society at large.

This is exactly why (most of) the only people left who consider themselves Christians are the least moral among us.

That's awesome, so it is happening already.
That's so cool that today's youth are getting exposed to real rock, really great that kids are familiar with Led Zep, AC DC, I think I even heard Ted Nugent's "Stranglehold" coming out of my stepson's room once.

So your nephew is into The Who, better Pete Townhend than Keith Moon, otherwise your sis may have been really upset with you.
