obviously i`m pre-supposing a lot of information, but i think there all pretty basic presumptions for conspiracy...people? (is there a term by which we conspiracy types are called, other than nutters?)
I`m taking for granted that-
1. we have made contact with many different species of extra terrrestrials
2. we have the ability of inter-planetary travel
3. that a or many species have been observing our people for a long time or are directly involved in our species being on this planet.

i could have gone into more detail with who`s bases on the moon blah blah
but again i drift into the # cloud.. i`ll leave it up to u to rip me down or give me your thoughts..
