Opening the JFK file

Does anyone remember when Clinton was elected he said he would "open the file on JFK" and disclose the information on who was really behind it?

I don't remember Clinton saying that, but it doesn't mean he didn't say it. I tried to do some research and didn't find much with regard to this.
I did find an interesting article from October 2007 that gives quite a lot of information about what files have been released, what files are supposed to be released in the future, as well as the efforts of the CIA to block the release of some 1000 documents and it is here JFK Secrets

I thought people on ATS are more attentive. Look at www.earthfiles.com... and learn that MJ-12 was behind JFK assassination. Documents and clues are provided in the link.

Thanks for the link I couldn't find anything either...
I just remember him saying it in and it caught my attention.
