Black Projects Russia

Do you think America is the only country to have these *anything you can imagine we can already do* places? Ive been wondering if Russia may have some secret technologies.. They did get some nazi scientists in project paper clip en.wikipedia.org... .Now lets hypothetically say aliens exist and are flying about in their ufo's,Russias size is 6,592,800 sq miles thats nearly double North America...surely they are bound to crash somewhere in russia...And then we have that HUGE underground base www.viewzone.com... I think the russians have some secrets also imo...and we know how good they are at keeping them...
