Mind Control and the Manitoba bus beheading

I am not saying mind control isnt being experimented on .

But in this instance i am leaning to a major screw loose in this guy .

I feel if it was a experiment on mind control the triggering event would have been in a less public area like late night in a park behind a bar . Unless the trigger went off at the wrong time . The ones conducting the experiments wouldn't want allot of publicity . The less we see about it the less we can figure out about the covet projects . To have a useless killing like this with out as purposeful gain seems out of place for a mind control experiment in such a public place. The same type of data could have been produced in a less conspicuous place . Where only thing would be found was a headless body and another murder case to be solved . I honestly believe the real incidents of mind control we never really hear any thing about . May be the only thing we hear about them is a foot washing ashore or a body found X place or Y place

Maybe If the victim was a political target for some reason !

We have no way of knowing what his life experiences are before moving to Canada from china . Maybe they did some tinkering on him there and something just set the trigger off by accident .

I still lean to he was a nut case that went off the deep end .

I can see a NO RIDE list to accompany the NO FLY list. If your on any watch lists they have depending on your activities, you'll probably get a rejection to travel to another state. The rising price of gas will make the public more dependent on other means of travel... like bus, planes, and trains. The purposeful gain would be that they now have a catalyst to overhaul the bus security system and have a better system to track and possibly prevent people travelling.

Now I'm more convinced the man was just psycho, but there's still worth in debating the mind control angle

He was not crazy. I can't tell you how I know this but be careful. He was not in control of his actions, probably not for a long time. And know this, there was no government or organization behind his controlling.

My belief is that this is clearly an affect of a drug which he may have taken.

I remember reading a report that the victim was texting a girlfriend, that couple people on the bus were taking E. Could the murder have taken a bad pill? Possibly laced with PCP?

awesome idea a "no ride" list. I still dont understand why mexicans are allowed on planes or buses. A no ride list would help to preserve our union by stopping all those protesters from getting around just so they can mess up traffic and get in the way of me getting a latte at starbucks. Hopefully someone will realize the need for a no ride list and get it implemented. Public transportation has always been an idea I have rallied against since it allows the poor to leave their communities. In my estimates it would be more economically viable for the government to institute a system of moving people to and fro work via an underground monorail system. This satisifies an expedited method to get workers to their jobs happily and prevents children from being put in harms way of these individuals. Just like any person I enjoy the world around me and I dont like seeing these people at bus stops and such since it destroys the beauty of the scenery.

Yeah the mk ultra are wraith people , they are flown in illegally to kanata and dumped on rock .The planes are then dumped and the pilots from wherever south of the United States come into town and hang out with thier buddies in abandoned towns . They try and bring in thier famalies and they try and marry intot he second wives club . The guys they marry they kill and double and then they take ove the welfare offices .

In Northern BC and North Alberta and the Rez lands in South Ontario and all of Lake Ontario and such the law is old . The Ontario Rez land is native Government , my peoples . All Military and Police Native ONLY . Same in the welfare office and adult males natives only .

We are putting together 2000 male adult eagle police , Canadian Mounted Police to serve in Ontario Rezlands . This will take time and we train , the Marines and the Airforce in Kanata are Native run . Colwood is now a marine station , the navy there is native Marines and has 3 ports , they are East Burnaby , POCO and Colwood .

Of course........surely this has nothing to do with New Age Mysticism/Occultism and the spiritual realm. Surely this guy wasn't under the control of an outside influence. Surely the pure embodyment of evil displayed here wasn't demonic!

People need to take this stuff seriously..........there's an article out now about a kid in the occult in Europe that put on a mask and started killing people with a Ninja sword. Had no idea why he did it. He did it calm like, preparing in front of people saying, "when the bell rings I'm gonna start killing people" In his room they found Ouili boards, pentegrams, spell books, etc.

I think the most shocking part was the exact same scenario repeated itself days later in costa rica, or some hot place, i don't remember exactly.
But it was a guy who beheaded his girlfriend, literally 1 or 2 days after what happened. It wasn't influenced by the manitoba event, but they just happened together.
THAT part kind of bugs me out.

So now its almost 2010 and this story is "old" news...it still affects me so much that I occasionally check threads looking for new info. The tragedy did not seem to lead to increased security on Greyhound bus travel, which I originally thought might have been a result. There are so many loose ends: The bloodline significance of the Chinese name Li, the proximity in time to the Olympic CEREMONIES in China, Shen Weiguang (electronic beheading) cited as the father of Chinese mind control, the MSM reporting on the movie Zorro (swordplay) being played on the bus, images of Li with a bandaged hand after the attack. I have not read anything about this man's history or connections on the internet. In my amateur opinion, he consumed parts of the victim so that he would be declared insane and not have to face a death penalty. Another association is that the victim, Tim McLean, was a big big fan of the ultraviolent theatrical Rap group ICP (insane Clown Posse)- I read this in several places in the weeks following the incident.In Michigan and in other states fans of this group are almost like a cult. Maybe some kind of morphogenetic pathway brought these two humans together, or maybe sinister forces were at play. Unless someone is unable to investigate Vince Weiguang's past in China (and in Canada!) and any possible connection to Shen Weiguang, this will most likely fade away as just a random violent incident.

I think it has to do with medication. I take Prozac, and can relapse into states that really disturb me, though I'd never do anything to hurt someone. In a way I kinda pity people who take these drugs and end up doing terrible things, because they might have been wonderful people before they did.
