My neighbor says his house is haunted by a mandian

My neighbor says his house is haunted by a mandian. I was trying to find some resources online about how to get his house cleansed but was not successfull. This is about the only resource I could find www.legendsofamerica.com...

What's a mandian?

I did a web search and found out it's a place in China or Pakistan or prehaps refers to Mandaeism, a very small religion mostly found in Iraq and Iran.

well the term he heard he could have gotten it from i dont know where but it looks weird. do apparitions generate strange odors?

Yes, various types of apparitions have been said to generate strange/unpleasant odors. Recently I've been reading about shadow people and apparently odors are not uncommon when they are sighted.

As to cleansing the house. Sorry, I won't help. I believe that if there is an entity in a location then it was there first and I have no right to evict it.

whats weird is everytime I see a ghost somewhere the owners always try and refurbish the place to get rid of it.

Wow, that ghost link really says nothing. Is this to say though, that "mandian" is just another name for shadows? Are "elementals" related? Or the same?

I'm not sure what a mandian is either, but i can look in there window and there is always a strange man going through the cabinets and refridgerator. but he looks tribal. but i know the people and no one that lives there fits that discribtion.
