The government has had to have had stuff like this for years, if they are now offering it to the civilian population.

If I was a PMC, I would get that bulletproof overcoat and become Liquid Snake.

I understand the principal behind the materials used, but if I am not mistaken these materials do not bode well against a knife. Has something to do with the material being able to withstand a speedy impact, but not a slow penetrating push.

Either way....if I had the $$$$ I would probably want to have one of the jackets just for the WOW factor.

I think just to prove their point they should do a catwalk where the guy wearing is gets shot at by members of the audience... nothing could possibly go wrong!
