Now, take a close look at the CNN video at the beginning. That video cut is not happened in Belgrad at all. That happened in Budapest, 15 March 2007. You also can see the Hungarian flag on the left and the car plate of the car is also Hungarian on the right. Again, all the cuts from up to 1:10, the next cuts are also from the same Day of Hungary and not Belgrade. At 1:10, you can see the entrance of the Hungarian metro M1 on Deák square, Budapest. You can see the same retro styled underground table here.

That's on Hungarian, and this table is on the Opera station in Budapest, on the Pest side.

This isn't the only thing they're faking..

It was only recently Washington was caught in the act, falsely distributing so called Al-Qaeda tapes that it claims were from sources directly linked to Al-Qaeda but in actuality were MADE by them:

Segments of the video that were interspersed with footage of the "laughing hijackers," Jarrah and Atta, showing Bin Laden giving a speech to an audience in Afghanistan on January 8 2000, were culled from what terror experts describe as surveillance footage taken by a "security agency."

This explains the lack of a soundtrack in the video and the fact that the tape does not focus solely on Bin Laden but pans around and shows the attendees in the audience.

They can stage anything they want to these days.
And of course the source of this video? ANONYMOUS.

Along with experts on Islamic terrorist groups who are baffled by the video and have declared that it has come from a security agency, the very journalist who received the tape also says the source was not Al Qaeda.

The technology to duplicate a person's likeness and use it to your advantage has been around for some time now:

"Gentlemen! We have called you together to inform you that we are going to overthrow the United States government." So begins a statement being delivered by Gen. Carl W. Steiner, former Commander-in-chief, U.S. Special Operations Command.

At least the voice sounds amazingly like him.

But it is not Steiner. It is the result of voice "morphing" technology developed at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico.

And that was developed in 1999, who knows what they can do these days. It even fooled the real General Steiner who at first thought it was his own voice.
