I't been a couple months now since I started this post. I have lost 10lbs
so far. I actually didn't follow Atkins to the letter; perhaps closer to the South Beach diet. I tried to cut out as many carbs as I could and
started an exercise program of free weights and walkin/Bikeing. I think I have a better handle on this physical fitness deal. Pretty simple really;
don't eat junk and move.
Thanks all who have contributed to this thread. It got a bit technical and that is good. Information is essential for success.
