Seems to be a craft made by Greys... definitely not a Reptilian one. It is camouflaged, that's why nobody has seen it when the photo was taken.

Just to play devil's advocate, there's always the chance it could have gone by too fast for anyone to notice it. We at least know it's most likely a real moving object because of the motion blur. I say UFO, not because it's a flying saucer, but because it's a real flying object that we cannot [and probably never will] identify.

I took a photo just like that one, testing out my new camera a couple of years ago, just fired off a shot out the window, and later noticed the 'UFO'. I doubt whether it is a 'UFO' probably just something on the glass, I've got another great pic taken from my car that looks just like a guy has jumped from a building and is about to hit the ground in front of the car, but it was just a wet leaf on the windshield, managed to fool some people though
