I ask for help and it get moved and deleted why?

I don't understand why....It was a simple question.Now i'm lost more then ever.You cant post the question in a thread its off topic.I cant post it in this it gets move to complaints...and thread deleted.I searched for the answer and i get terms and conditions but no answer.
