In time honoured tradition, the Democratic White House hopeful wedged a prayer note in a crack in the wall when he visited in the early hours on Thursday.

That was a dirty, nasty despicable thing to do. Taking a note from the prayer wall? ......stunned.

Yeah i found this story interesting in the sense of why, while reading about it i found a comment made by one person that rings true for me, here it is.

Comment by pc4hillary July 25th, 2008 at 12:21 pm Perhaps if Obama and his campaign had respected the sanctity of the Western Wall in the first place, by not plastering campaign signs at it’s entrance, his prayer would have received the same respect. Since he used this holy place for a photo op, he is the one who was not respectful. It is true, a prayer is between the person and God. I have a feeling he expected this and therefore wrote what he wanted us to see. That to me, is not PRAYER. Forgive me if I sound cynical, but that is the result of this fraudulent campaign.

I believe too that we were ment to see, in the end who comes out best in the story, Obama.

Actually i like this guy, he kinda reminds me of JFK, and Martin Luther King all rolled into one, but i also believe he is just another puppet for the elite but thats a thread in it self.

I dont care what faith one has, you RESPECT IT!

That was a private matter between him AND his lord! What right does anybody ANYBODY have to invade someones privacy like that?

I dont care for him heck I can't stand the man BUT that is just plain WRONG!!!!!!

I think it is despicable and absolutely poor taste on the person that took the note and the publisher for posting it on their front page.It is completely shameful. Now watch fox news go to town with this. I will say this I personally thought it was a nice prayer and shows his humanity in asking God to help him do the right things......I have gained a lot of respect for him just from that simple little prayer and I was not a fan of his.

And i think that was the desired effect, see my post above, it happened for a reason, i realize the act of reading the note was wrong, but we were ment to see, i believe.
