What does AL Qaeda actually want?

Please forgive me if this question seems a little ignorant, but what is Al Qaeda actually trying to achieve.

Over the last 2 1/2 year since 9/11 I've heard all the media rhetoric about jihad etc... but I've never really understood the aim of what their doing.

I can understand that the IRA were trying to gain independance for Northern Ireland and likewise ETA trying to secure Basque independance and because of that I can understand their motivation. I'm not condoning it, the loss of innocent is life is a tragedy and a terrible crime, but I can understand the reasoning of why these people have done the things they have done.

But this al qaeda thing I just cant get my head around it.

Please, if you can enlighten me.

They want us to all die.

putting it simply they want the western influence to stay out of their culture and land. They feel the West will negatively influence their people and that the Western world is trying to take over their land and destroy their religion.

They think that strapping themselves to a bomb and blowing themselves up in a populated area is the way to heaven.

Gotta love religion...

Thats about it.

On a more larger scale, it is humanity's way of disrupting the system and getting people to think.

There are terror organizations all around the world, and Al-Qaeda is not the only one.

If people can't accept that others want to destroy the system, then why debate trying to change the governmnet?

Don't forget also that the media is controlled and they'll only tell you tales of Al-Aqaeda, and not the tales of the KKK.

The complete eradication of western civilisation.
Destruction of all major religions except islam
Women to be reduced to slaves, half-humans.
Dictatorship and holy law.

I really hope it more than that, because if that is the case the only chance we've got is to kill eveeryone who might be sympathetic to the cause before they kill us.

They want us to be like them and become muslims or muslim-like and take away our freedom. Since we're not muslims, they want us to die. those greedy camels believe that they control the world and they want the whole world to become a third-world, sh*t eating country like their islamic countries.

The Average American does not know what Al-Qaeda wants or what they have said is their goal. The western press says they want to "spread Islam", "hate freedom and democracy"...etcBut what do the leaders and the rank and file of the organization say they want.

What are they saying in the tapes that they release but are censored and blocked from American and Western European ears?

What are they saying? Before the censoring of the last released tape, Usama Bin Laden said that "when America talks about 'freedom' they mean freedom for whites", but that was quickly censored and never made it to the front page.

Thanks for the good information. So, basically this means that the Al-Aqeada group is attempting to thwart the New World Order, yet, we can't see that this is what they are doing. How ironic it can be for the people who want to oppose the New World Order to thrash anti-NWO groups.

They WANTED us out of Saudi Arabia and to stop supporting Isreal. Now we've invaded Iraq so it's pretty much an unsolvable Holy War.

But it all boils down to them wanting us to keep our nose out of the Middle East. Which we won't do.

Al-qaeda just wanted to protect their way of life. Then US showed up and said "Not if I can help it". The CIA and their secret wars, the secret ops missions, the constant interferance of US into the peaceful lives of a few hundred suicidal religious fanatics, and you wonder what they want?

Think of Al Qaeda as just another cheap conspiracy designed to steal trillions. They get to be the unquestioned "bad guy," who actually can "strike," anytime we let them. They are Arabs, but just straw men hired for that purpose. They have a "religion," which is "Sharia," or tribal law oriented. But "Sharia," is actually something from Wahabbism, which is an invention of the British! Back during the Ottoman Empire, British counterintelligence stacked certain leadership positions with this Wahabbism opinion. It was designed to destroy the Ottomans, and make those agents wealthy beyond their wildest dreams. Most Moslems don't get it and think it is their religion, but it is proved as a lie invented by the British! If you have any doubts, then ask yourself how did Islamic peoples create mathematics, science, and a high order of culture with a philosophy from the dark ages? It never happened, the dark ages are something imposed by British agents. Someone is laughing all the way to the bank with all of this.

Most readily it wants the crumbs from our table in the form of massive military spending increases. It has profited massively from increased opium production, while their Taliban only symbolically held back on a value added basis. So immensely profitable is this "industry," that it has been improperly controlled by receiverships who get cover from the United States Government. Oh maybe Bush was just trying to confuse the Soviets as a CIA director, or de facto director, while hovering around those Zapata Oil rigs moving something. Who really knows, all I know is that defense contractors are getting trillions of dollars, we have to pay the bill, and they can thank the boogie man, Al Qaeda.
