I don't know about the NWO necessarily but when I first heard the song I defanitely thought it was a social commentary of our current global situation, good ear and catch.

I know, It's a pretty powerful song, no handlebars-no self control

the FLOWBOTS or FLOBOTS I believe wrote it

Yeah its the flobots
All of their songs are pretty much like that. a lot of social commentary. They're very outspoken about the state of world affairs. The first time I heard that song I had to listen again and again. It can get to you.

Great artist, I would recommend them to anyone.
