Should the mother of a disabled child be getting special treatment from her employers? Or should the market dictate whether or not she should be allowed to continue working at that company? Should she just stop moaning? Or does society, and her employers, have a responsibility to her and her family whatever the reason she asks for consideration?

Everyone deserves the right to be able to work. I think that equal opportunity does apply here, she should be allowed the right to be able to work. Just because she has a disabled child does not make her any less valuable as a member of society.
