I was listening to the classic Coast to Coast AM Art Bell Episode featuring Area51's "Victor" (the man behind the alledged Area51 Alien Video). If you've ever watched or him during interviews, you can easily surmise that his voice is disguised using pitch correction. To make along story short, I thought it'd be cool to hear his 'real' voice. I used my own pitch correcting software and brought his voice up 3 steps back to 'normal'. Anyway here 'tis:

Victor's true voice revealed!

Victor's voice disguised

Ever considered he hides his voice for a reason?
You may well be putting someone in danger. Not cool.

There are a lot smarter ways to disguise your voice other than pitch correction, my friend. Surely, someone smart enough to smuggle a video out of Area51 would have known this. Or...perhaps not?

First of all NightVision this voice IS NOT Victor, not the original Victor
from the original Rocket Pictures Alien Interview footage. He is most
probably an impersonator for the radio show purposes or an impostor
deceiving Art Bell.

You are late with this subject. We already discussed the real "Victor"
back on May 2007 under the title "Victor" revealed ? 19/05/07 here.

I provided the decoded "Victor" voice from the original Rocket Pictures
footage released on the Strange Universe tv show. Check the original
voice here and compare it with yours from Art Bell and you will see it's
not the same.

Both the interviewer and the interviewee in the Rocket Pictures video are not even miked to the same source. One can easily tell that the questions and answers were recorded AFTER the video was shot in seperate locations. The fact
that you missed this speaks poorly for your investigation into this.

Wrong again. No one that I'm aware of has decoded the Art Bell episode featuring Victor. In my opinion, this Victor has a more of a chance of being the real person than the video, as no one can even see his physical dimensions. Pure logic reasons this for us. Get off your high horse for a second.

Comparatively speaking, the pitch's of the two voices do sound different, but the speech patterns are remarkably similiar. The pitch correcting software isn't exact. As well. The video could easily (and more likely) be an entirely diff. person. This is nothing new to shadowed interviews. Major news networks do this repeatedly.

Pwnd? Ignorance defined. You don't 'speed' up the voice to change the pitch. I have an overwhelming urge to call you a moron right now, but I'll just keep my mouth shut for the sake of the T&C's.

How do you know that ? I have the original Strange Universe tv show from April
1997 and the alleged ‟Victor‟ was shown on camera for the first time talking about
the film, answering questions till he left upset. Now you are saying this was not
the real ‟Victor‟ but somebody else? Can you prove it?

The man that talked by phone on Art Bell could also be a false ‟Victor‟ since David
Sean Morton is not trustable and he arranged the interview. The fact that the radio
voice and the tv voice are different is indeniable. So far there is no way to prove
any of the two of them are the real ‟Victor‟ but for the record the one that became
famous is ‟Victor‟ from Strange Universe and the video documentary.

This ‟Victor‟ character has been extensively debated, some think he was Richard
Doty, others think he was Bob Dean etc. Maybe the two ‟Victors‟ on radio and tv
were just actors or agents hired to promote the coming video documentary on those
years. In our thread ‟Victor‟ revealed? here on ATS we discussed the posibility that
Bob Dean could be the ‟Victor‟ on the film because of the similarity on the tie, this
was a topic discussed also on the Internet at that time. We concluded they were
not the same person. I contributed with my comparison of the two voices, Victor
decoded and Bob Dean proving they were different.

Then who is the real ‟Victor‟, the one from radio or the one from the documentary.

I don't know if anyone here took into account that "Victor" is prolly not sitting in the chair and providing the voice.....What I would do is dictate my responses via microphone and earpiece to a "beard's" silhouette...
Hope its not Bob Dean regardless, as he doesn't really seem that believable to me....
