Quite simple, it is B.S. It is intended to snare weak minds who believe everything they read on the Internet.

Are we sure the guy who was writing this was not related "One flew over a cuckos Nest"? (The author was on acid when he wrote most of the book)

The first 7 points he makes indicate he has not graduated from High
School, and he has just flunked government class.

At least he has had some exposure to the Constitution since he got this right.

He has never served on Jury duty.

He has very strict parents.

His Mother is usually the one to punish him.
