Ok i noticed just how tired i was getting a month or so ago and i do exercise everyday. Although i began to realise this and decided to change some things around in my life and conciously think about these things all the time and my tiredness lessened...
I guess i actually put it down to a state of mind thing - sick of your boring-ass job, crappy diet, uninteresting lifestyle, same drone routine day after day after day... it's so easy to get into a slump, for your life to gradually attain this stagnant feeling, like you're stuck in a rut.
But then again i'm sure not everyone has a boring lifetsyle or job or whatever... I think, whatever the reason behind your tiredness, changing your state of mind can change everything..

Doctors call this TATT (tierd all the time).

Basically most of the people in life are not getting a good enough diet to keep there energy levels high. Too much sugar and you have the up and down effect. You experience high levels of energy with lots of sugar intake and then the sluggish and swift downfall when you've burnt all the sugar.

And this problem will not go away. Supermarkets know that sugary foods sell far more better then none sugar foods, this in turn means apples are sweeter, sugar in water, pasta sauces etc etc.

Eat more complex carbs, high fibre and your energy levels will bounce back.

I've heard of that, but this is clearly something different.

I know its a long thread, but jump back a few pages and you'll find a consistent message, which is one where healthy people who exercise regularly and/or meditate regularly are suffering from this tiredness.

Then have a look at what posters have been saying about the electromagnetic spectrum, and Johnny's post on the page before this one - doesn't it make you wonder?

As - essentially - a bio-electric machine, don't you think that whats going on in the air around us doesn't affect us?

Something that may be attributing to the electromagnetic bombardment causing tiredness are the changes occurring in the earth's geomagnetic field. Take a look at this thread regarding changes in the earth's geomagnetic field:

There are two more factors, which are pretty common sense and which compound the problem: the proliferation of computers and the proliferation of cars have greatly reduced the exercise levels of your average western citizen, which will result in muscle atrophy over time and the accumulation of fat, and this will result in a body more prone to tiredness and less resilient to all the other factors mentioned in this thread. And this possibly even to people who exercise regularly, because a few hours a week of intense activity coupled with hundreds of hours of idleness might not be the rythm we are designed to function at.

Count me in, I've been sleeping in til lunchtime most days lately (which is lucky as I have time off work right now). And when I get up I feel docile and yawning all day. My girlfriend has also been complaining of being tired all day. I'm not the only one in New Zealand feeling like this, here's a current thread on a New Zealand messageboard for example.

Maybe there is a conspiracy in this. I notice people don't care that the economy is falling apart around them. It's like we are all being dulled into submission and by the time the doom firmly grips us by the groin, it will already be too late!

I blame the chemtrails...

Just a thought nefermore, I noticed several years ago that 'Phone Masts' were springing up just about everywhere, even down on the 'flats' at a time, and in places when there were no problems with reception.
Normally radio aerials are placed on hilltops as the VHF signals are 'Line of Sight' so the thousands of masts now on the low ground were not actually needed for their stated purpose,[surprise surprise] is it possible that these 'other 'phone masts are transmitting something else?

Regards,
Horsegiver.

Yes, working in a busy new england hospital, that is true of my coworkers

and many, many patients.

I am a good observer, as a radiologist one is the eyes of the hospital so to

speak, and have noticed in the last year an unusual amount of "dizziness"

and fatigue on the history forms...I have actually accomodated to

extreme fatigue. I think that is a good survival trait.

I think we are heading towards the abyss on all fronts, but that's just

me.

cortisone and adrenaline

These hormones raise the blood pressure and the body prepares to react to the situation. With a concrete defensive action (fight response) the stress hormones in the blood get used up, entailing reduced stress effects and symptoms of anxiety.

When we fail to counter a stress situation (flight response) the hormones and chemicals remain unreleased in the blood stream for a long period of time. It results in stress related physical symptoms such as tense muscles, unfocused anxiety, dizziness and rapid heartbeats. We all encounter various stressors (causes of stress) in everyday life, which can accumulate, if not released.

Subsequently,

it compels the mind and body to be in an almost constant alarm-state in preparation to fight or flee. This state of accumulated stress can increase the risk of both acute and chronic psychosomatic illnesses and weaken the immune system of the human body.

Welcome to our world,

well it is obviously a combination of many factors

A step could be, take as many stressors out of you life as possible , debt is a biggy, and constant bombardment by outside stimulus, as in cell phones, yada yada, you get the picture.

Stress
Physiology. a specific response by the body to a stimulus, as fear or pain, that disturbs or interferes with the normal physiological equilibrium of an organism.

I have been having this issue aswell within the last 2 months.

Im sure its just a chemical in the air or water making it hard for us to reach REM sleep, the true recharge time of the body.

Another thing to point out about food is that the food toxins (mainly MSG) are not on the labels. They are either hidden in other ingredients or just simply not there. There is a long list of 'other' ingredients to look for on a label to determine if it contains MSG. One of them is 'yeast extract' but there are many more.

Also, I recently read that about 75% of food now is genetically modified. When shopping for vegetables in the supermarket, look for the little stickers with the numbers on them. The ones that start with the number 9 are organic, the rest are either conventionally grown and/or genetically modified.

I've observed this at the Whole Foods Market. Everything that is labeled as organic has the sticker where the number starts with a 9. And just this week I noticed on the organic green peppers, the actual size of the number 9 is bigger than the remaining numbers (as if they want the 9 to stand out so you can see it).

Something beyond the physical is doing this. I feel it, my intuition that seems to never be wrong is like an alarm bell going off since the end of May. Something very basic and yet complex is changing...the fabric of our reality is changing.

I am having a hard time articulating what my intuition/psychic ability is trying to tell me. Its not just the people, or the animals or the earth. The sun doesn't seem the same, like its more of a white color instead of the golden hue it usually casts.

Something that the best most talented psychics cant put a finger on but feel it. I am having a party this weekend and will be having the most talented psychics I know will be attending. We will be discussing this in detail.

This may be a very important thread. Yesterday there were 4-5 instances throughout the day where either I talked to or heard someone talking about how tired they are lately. People at the gym, people at my work, friends... they're all tired. At this point it just seems common though and that's scary.

Is it our 9 to 5 jobs? Is it the fluoride in our water? Is it the fact that everyday we're expected to be more productive and things are made to be more accessible so we can get more done? Remember ASTRO 101 folks.. live fast, die young. Technology may be a good thing but there's no doubt it's shaping the culture this generation is living through and our bodies just simply can't adapt fast enough.

Who knows what the true cause(s) are/is, but the proof is definitely in the pudding. Now it's about extrapolating the data somehow.

Hey, Yes I totally agry on that one... In my case, and I'm an athlete, I feel exhaused very often without any particular reason: it doesn't matter if I work out or not, the tiredness catches up with me anyways... I think we all experience the same phenomenon, which is changing in consciousness. And even though not a lot of us (I'm talking here about the whole world population) is really aware of this, we are still affected by it... (it's like with gravity- you don't have to know about gravity but it is still in work...) But I also believe that it is changing for better, we are bocoming STRONGER in our minds and hearts. First we need to fall in order to GET UP...
-ela

p.s. by the way, I'm new here. Just have been reading this blog for past week or so and I really like it.

Please be aware that USDA "organic" does not require the soil to be organic (last I checked anyways).
As well I have heard that fluoride is more poisonous ppb than lead.

My girlfriend wanted to go shopping at Whole foods so we went and payed an exorbitant amount for food I could not believe the prices there. Last time I shop there, that place is a rip-off.

If you are in SF try Rainbow Grocers they are a co-op and have better/selection prices.

I too and my family have been feeling this also.....
I would just like to throw this out there....
What about a virus that hasn't been diagnosed or named ?...maybe as in this Morgellons phenom ?
I suspect I have this but am only showing certain sysptoms and not the full blown sores.
The reason I say this is because I feel more tired everyday for no reason.
I try to take care of myself but it doesn't seem to matter.
I work at a Chiropractic clinic and have benn hearing this from alot of patients....I find this strange because these people are normally pretty healthy and are concerned about their health.

any thoughts on a virus ?
