I've been Diagnosed with Benign Sudden Postional Vertigo

The last time I had to go to the doctors is about 7 years ago for a nasty cold virus I came down with. I've been in perfect health ever since...until last Wednesday.

As anyone else on BTS/ATS had/has this virus? I'd like to get an average of how long it lasts ..
