Where would I put a thread on my opinions on what ATS has become?

I feel there is a need for me to publicly state my opinion on what ATS has become, and let people have a chance to respond. Where would I do that?

You could use the Rant forum on BTS,

My advice is don't unless it is to praise the site.

Well if you go on over to rant you will see that he has made his thread,
Please feel free to add your thoughts,

We dont stop anyone from saying what they feel about the site as long as its not againt the T&C

If some stranger came in your house and dumped a big bag of trash in the livingroom, how long would it take to kick them out of your house?
