Update,
I got into winsor pilates, I feel taller, and leaner.......
Still got the tae boe dvds, yoga, and two otehr work out dvds....
I used to be a fitness instructor but I can'twork right now, so I stay fit by using my weights, tred mill and dvds......
Although I should be doing more........
I stay away from supplemeents now, used to do creatine and therma burn.......
I just drink protein shakes that I make from my loving blender aaannnd slim fast snack options........Let's not forget lots of fruit.......
