Leo is right on the watermark. Copyright is totally different than notary.

As far as the notary goes, look at the Phillip Corso case. The court ruling was the notary affirmed the statement was made and Phillip Corso signed it.

So a notary is not affirming the contents, just the fact that one makes the statement and signs it.

how did you see its face, if it was leaping out and running away?

there is no way you could of gotten a good look, you said it was a dark creature but the dorito is of very light color

so something is not right here at all

You should look into pictures of illuminati..they are apparently known to have lizard skin.See if any pictures you can find on the internet come close to what you saw.

I had stated that it's head was turned before it took off, that's why I tried to draw a turn in it's neck of my original drawing.

Your artistic skills are nothing short of astounding! Yet it was a nice touch that you choose to incorporate a turned neck in your sketch. It is such a graceful pose. It brings to mind the great masters: Monet, DiVinci, that guy who painted the Sistine Chapel...

Perhaps, you ought to consider a colorized rendition. It might add a little more realism, and give others a stronger overall impression of what you witnessed.
