(Amalgam Virgo Exercise (00) took place between 23 Feb-1 Mar 1986)

June 2-3, 1998
Dr. Joe Furman, DynCorp supported a workshop on "Medical Surveillance"
regarding possible bio attacks.
The Workshop was organised by the US Department of Energy, Argonne National
Laboratory, Lockheed Martin, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sandia National
Laboratories, Battelle-Pantex and Lawrence Livermore NationalLaboratory

Jan. 22, 2000
James Woolsey, ex-CIA and PNAC participated in a CFR Project run as a
war-game simulation at its Manhattan headquarters. (CFR sourced it for June
2000)

May 2000
TOPOFF 1: James Woolsey participated in a bioterrorism exercise at Andrews
Air Force Base.
Other participants: Sam Nunnm who played the President, Frank Keating, Frank
Wisner, John White, George Terwilliger, Jerome Hauer and others.

June - July 2000
Dr. Thomas Inglesby of Johns Hopkins Institute organised other bioterrorism
scenarios in Atlanta and St.Louis.

Nov 3, 2000
Don Abbott (eFilms, Fieldsoft) organised a simulated crash on the Pentagon
with miniature planes and a model of the Pentagon.

November 28, 2000
Dr. Inglesby, Jerry Hauer, Laurie Garrett and others participated at the
Second National Symposium on Bioterrorism.

April 2001
As disclosed by watchgroup POGO, "five months prior to 9/11—officials at the
North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) wanted to develop a
response in the event that a terrorist group used an airliner as a missile
to attack the Pentagon. According to the e-mail, aides to the Joint Chiefs
of Staff rejected the scenario as “too unrealistic.”

Pentagon's DiLorenzo clinic’s tri-service staff participated in a simulation
exercise for the possibility crash of a Boeing 757 airliner into the U.S.
military’s headquarters.

Unified Vision 01:
"A a high-end, small-scale contingency that has the potential to escalate to
a major theater of war. It is based on a real-world military threat..."
Most possibly, a final test for the invasion of Afghanistan and the
beginning of the "war against Terrorism. Unified Vision 2001 may be also
timely given Rumsfeld's transformation plans, as later described on Sep10th
as the Tail-To-Tooth speech.

"...United Airlines Flight 1230, a fictional flight carrying 89 passengers,
"crashed" at the Portland International Jetport on Thursday, kicking off an
emergency exercise held every three years at the airport...."

The argument that it would of took alot of people to execute 911 and it would be impossible to keep them all quite can make sense if everyone involved thought they were just planning for the mock hijackings and terror drills of 911.

This is the real slammer....

It was quite some time ago, but someone suggested a possibility that the original flight 77 and possibly flight 93 might have been diverted to the nearest ?military? airport due to a reported routine mechanical issue or due to the exercise simulation in progress, then having the original passengers transferred to another plane which then conveniently disappeared.
All this seems to have been based on the transponders being turned off at some point that morning. Dunno

Pretty wild stuff, but we're talking around a TRILLION dollars as a motivator.

I still don't understand how DNA evidence was recovered "at the scene" when other reports
say that the aircraft disintegrated on impact so severely that inspectors were unable to
find serial numbers that matched the original aircraft build or maintenance records.

It will make sense if you consider the whole crash scene was staged for it was to be the crash sight of the mock hijaked airliner as part of the terror drills taking place on 911.

I question the logic here.

Besides the fact that no number of terror drills can ever prove 9/11 was an inside job...

...the motive of the perps to stage such drills remains obscure. It seems like the drills would make the job much harder to bring off. It might also confuse the perps' agents.

As always, what the conspiracy community comes up with makes far less sense than the "official story" to me.

Thats funny since the "official story" has no official investigative reports or physical evidence to support it.

Also the "official story" is based on a conspiracy, so it is the real conspiracy theory.

Most experts agree that no plane crashed in Shanksville as all the evidence shows..

Stating your opinion does not but a plane in the Shanksville crater.


The perpes used the wargames as cover for the attacks.
