i feel alot of animosity in your posts. prehaps you should be talking to a psych and not posting in a psych forum..

It's funny, customer service tends to see the worst of people. We get them too but most are fine, you develop thick skin and must handle rejection well LOL..

A lot of this will happen sub-consciously and people are not even aware that their state is being affected. I have friends that can read Aura's (energy), and they will avoid people discharging a negative energy.
