12 million bees in overturned truck

Back to the old "the bees are dissappearing" conspiracy, I have found this on BBC.

Who needs to transport 12 million bees?
I had such an X-Files movie flashback on reading it.

that's a hell lot of bees.

so i guess more bees are going to be "disappearing" now...or "escaping" from the truck "WE ARE FREE!!!".

but when News report that "Bees are disappearing"...are they referring to:

a) the bees they are keeping in farms
b) the bees in the Wild Nature/forests

They were brought down from Ontario to Tracadie-Sheila to pollinate the wild blueberry crops.
