No problem, more then welcome, definately a good sub-conscious tool that will uphold you more often then none.

My mother used to say things to me while I was asleep. I don't remember what they are ut what I can tell you is that they maybe made me what I am so I guess they're really good things.

They are doing the opposite to us every day through sublminal messages, it couldn't hurt to counter it.

I do something like this to achieve balance, but I also use tones.
