I've been doing vertical jump excercises ... and then going out and practicing shooting. I think that made my right achilles tendon sore. I've
decided to stop pracitcing the same workout day because it causes to much stress on the tendon.
What can I do to "cure" it. It's not very severe but I know its not a good thing. Massaging it left to right seems to help, too.
I wiggled my achilles tendon back and forth and stretched it out. Today it feels better than my left one! Looks like it just needed some tender love
and care.
Though, I'll see how i goes after today's round of vert excercises..
