yet another UK UFO sighting - say, i dont know if "the sun" is a legit publication but according to them there sure is a lot going on of late.... & again, witness seems credible....

www.thesun.co.uk...

A ROYAL Navy aircraft engineer told yesterday of the moment he saw a UFO spinning above the M5 motorway.
Michael Madden, 25, watched in disbelief as it hovered, then disappeared at “incredible speed”.

He said the flying disc flew for up to three minutes above junction 21, near Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.

Michael was returning to Yeovilton base from Manchester with workmate Michael Casson, 22, at 9.50pm on Sunday.

The engineer said: “I work with aircraft and grew up next to Manchester Airport so I know exactly what a plane looks and sounds like.

“This was definitely not a plane.

“It was a circular disc which was glowing bright, hovering hundreds of metres up.

“Other people must have spotted it.

“It was unlike anything I’ve ever seen in my life.

“It really did look like alien aircraft in the films.

“It had an antenna fixed to the back.”

It follows a wave of recent sightings.

Dad-of-two David Osborne, 47, videoed 12 orange UFOs over Basingstoke, Hants.

Stunned soldiers told of seeing 13 objects above Tern Hill barracks, Shrops.

And a police helicopter reported a close encounter with a UFO near Cardiff.

Good find.

Here is an article from the telegraph.

He said: "I work with aircraft and grew up next to Manchester Airport so I know exactly what a plane looks and sounds like. This was definitely not a plane.

"It was a circular disc which was glowing bright, hovering hundreds of metres up.

"Other people must have spotted it. It was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. It really did look like the alien aircraft in films. It had an antenna fixed to the back."

Mr Madden's claim follows a string of recent UFO "sightings".

Look, here's the deal with these ufos. Either our society is chalk full of hallucinating fools or we experience frequent visitation of alien probes. I mean c'mon what you want the damn probe to take you out for dinner??

Hey there. I'm guessing there are a few UK-based folk reading this thread...

If you are near, or know someone near to Leicester, why not come along to Skeptics In The Pub on July 15th? (www.abovetopsecret.com...) We'll be talking about Mars conspiracies.

If that doesn't float your boat, there is another talk on Sept 16th by none other than Nick Pope (www.nickpope.net...)

We don't bite, but we do love to talk about stuff, in pubs

I hope I don't get flamed for spamming. This forum moves at such a pace I thought my lonely little post might get lost...

“It had an antenna fixed to the back.”

Hmm ... if he could recognize some man made feature on the ufo, then it must be non-ET. Or it could be a remote control toy. These toys do have antennas.

Of course, assuming he didn't mistake some strange part of the ufo for an antenna.

Anyway ufo's are making news everyday in UK now, I wonder what the authorities are doing?
