What Happened To Fear?

MTV used to produce a show called "Fear" on MTV. It was partially paranormal, and partially drama. I thought it was a pretty interesting show. Although I believed that MTV set a lot of the stunts up, as the season prolonged a lot of "ghostly" happenings seem to occur without their knowledge.
One of the last episodes, some sort of Mexican animal-demon-spirit followed the crew back to their supposed "safe house"
Has anyone else heard more??
