Free energy or close...

Has anyone ever found any 'legit' plans for at least close to free electricity? I've seen patents on free energy and, of course, they're suppressed, but are there plans out there that really work that will at least reduce an electric bill?

I've seen so called plans to make free energy, and many have been proven false. Looking for legit plans that a former electrician could build that either work(which I doubt), or can reduce the amount of power we get from our energy 'gods'. Just look up 'free energy'.

Come on, its basic. Energy is neither created or destroyed. That "generator" works off an electric motor. Even if there was no energy loss due to friction, heat, noise, etc. you couldn't get back more than you put in with that thing... and realisticly you wouldnt even come close.
