This should be fun….state what you used to eat generally as a college student on a typical day/week : )
Here it goes….
This will be easy for me since I’m still in college, I’m fairly health oriented so here it is….
- High Protein Diet
o Chicken in the afternoon off and on
o Tuna in the morning
o Muscle Milk shake
o Vitamin supplements

o Lots and lots of water
Keeps the skin looking good as well with the omega acids ; 0
o Salmon
o Mixture of vegatables
o Different Varites of fish
o Red meats ( YUP)
o Fruits…nuts
I stay away from dairy products for one I’m lactose intolerant and also their too fattening. Now that was for a typical week/day lol….but once I cross the border to Mexico hell I’ll eat the biggest burrito along with as much beer as I can ahahah…

I drink a ton of tea and water (this is probably the only healthy thing I do).
Fish
Omega-3 Supplement
Ginko Biloba
Caffeinated Drinks in Huge Amounts for all nighters/exams
Whole Grains
Junk Food (twizzlers mostly)
Chicken
Beans
Rice
Fruit
Seeds (sunflower mostly)
Assorted Nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds)

When I'm low on cash -- Empty Calories or cheap unhealthy eats.
Few examples:

Chipotle burritos
McDonalds Breakfast Sandwiches
Ramen Noodles

Someday I hope to develop the stones to try nootropics

College student caserole:

Find a glass casserole dish. Coat it with something slick. No PAM? Try crisco, or maybe butter, or some wesson oil, or hey, here's some jejoba oil that freaky chick left over here, you know, the one that stu was dating. Did she cook with this, or rub it on him? Let's try it ...

Next, mix up some meat with some kind of milk or cheese. Here's a can of tuna, but it ain't much. Hmmm. Hey, there's meatballs in the fridge. And some chicken. Put 'em all in! Yeah, here's some velveeta. it goes in too!

Now, we need something to make an upper crust. Usually, we'd crumble up some cracker crumbs. But we're out of ritz. What about some dust from the bottom of a box of triscuits? Oooh, here's some frosted flakes, let's use that!

Bake until it turns brown. Dude. This could take a while. You got any combustibles, while we wait? Kewl.

What is that funky smell?
