Serpent UFO shot at from NASA Satellite

Forgive me if this has been posted before, but when I saw this video I was a bit curious.

The video is 1:50 seconds long. It shows a UFO of the "Space Serpent" variety. The video looks as if it is shot from a satellite. If you watch closely you can see what seems to be 3 seperate pulses or flashes of some sort. I can't tell for sure if they are projectile weapons. If they are some sort of projectiles they don't seem to take out there target. The video then zooms in and pans along to follow the UFO for the duration of the video.

Has anyone seen this video before? Or does anyone have any information about it?

Looks like a manually panned optical sighting from the ISS. The flashes are more than likely sun flares. You can see a jeweled sunflare at top of image for most of sighting. Probably were trying to determine if part of craft or orbiter.
I think official explanation was it was a plastic bag of some type...but....sure looked like it had a mind of its own.
