of the US military such as how much tanks,planes,infantry
the US military has?

No. There's US Army Aviation. (Helicopters & some fixed wings)

You can also look in the almanac, they have a list of the world's largest armies and have statistics of tanks and planes for each nation.

The last time I checked the u.s. military had the second largest military in the world with 1.4 million personnel.

Try an the World Almanac. Mine has some of that info. The almanac also includes stuff about foerign militaries.
