Raytheon AMRAAM Missile contract

(Defenselink -- March 3, 2004) Raytheon Co. Tucson, Ariz, is being awarded a $52,656,894 firm fixed price contract. This action exercises an option of 106 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM) Air Intercept Missile (AIM)-120 C5 Foreign Missiles Sales, 2 AMRAAM air vehicles instrumented, 2 lots missile offset administration, 1 lot software configuration management, 1 lot spares offset administration, and 2 non-developments item-airborne instrumentation units. This effort supports foreign military sales to Greece and Sweden. Total funds have been obligated. This work will be complete by August 2005. AAC/YAK is the contracting activity (F08635-03-C-0031, P00016).
