The Lizard King,
I accept that you didn't see anyone outside of the window while you were performing. However, if we look at the composition of the photo, I think we
might see why.
Assuming that it is not a reflection of the cymbal (and, just based on it's position, it's certainly not a reflection of you), it looks as though
your ability to see the person on the other side of the glass was blocked by the keyboard player.
The red line on the left runs, from you, along the stage floor to the wall and then up to the ceiling.
The red line on the right runs from the front of the stage in front of the keyboard player, directly under him and his amp, up the wall to the window
sill and out to the spectator (or, specter, as the case may be).
The big guy at the keyboard is sitting slightly to your right and the spectator is nearly directly behind him. Given the distances and angles, I
think it's more than possible that there was some guy outside smoking a cigarette or something and decided to have a look inside and you just simply
couldn't see him.
And, like I said, that's assuming that it's not a reflection of the cymbal. They are nearly identical in color, and a reflection can be distorted
by imperfect flatness of the glass.
