Where is the picture that Phil Schneider was showing?

I was just watching the Video with Phil Schneider. Well, the clip that I saw he pointed out the picture he had with the alien that was helping the Government in the Pentagon for the past 50 years named Val Valient four or something. Does anyone know if this picture is posted somewhere on the internet. I think it would be really interesting to see.
