Not sure about the translation here...there are still a number of errors and unaccounted for symbols such as the "Y" in line 2 and why would the cypher use multiple different symbols for the same letter as in the case of the word "question" on 2 different lines. The letters do not match for this word.

Though the rest fall into place nicely.....

and it might mean vary top secret.

Ah, "IT WILL START", huh? I guess that means... it will start. Good thing, too -- I was busy plugging away, replacing various letters in 'abovetopsecret.com', v->w, etc., and I've got to get going; gonna be late for work...

PS: Xeros, less than one minute apart! Guess I don't need to be subtle, huh?

Its not blank.. look again.. its just shaded differently.

Try looking at your screen in a downward angle.. they just pop up

Ok some snow flakes and other symbols, doesn't look like anything from the windings font on MS word, trying to copy and paste the pic, but I am no good at contrast and wot not. (just try to highlight the page and you can see it in another shade).

This is getting better by the minute.

My dog is gonna have to cross his legs that little bit longer!
