What was that book, (maybe childrens) written around the time the towers were built?

I remember reading about it on here, parts of it involved big buildings being built with explosive concrete, and a few other things I can't remember, but seem fitting to at least discuss here again.

I think the author was supposedly pretty 'importan't or big, but I could easily be making that up.

Anybody know what I'm talking about?

There is someone on there who goes on and on about that.
I spent a couple hours, one day, trying to understand it.
He claims that the WTC towers were designed to be demolished, after a certain amount of time.
They probably realized how difficult a job it would be to dismantle such high buildings.
So, they Built in explosives, into the concrete of the floors.
I can not explain it so well and I am not all that convinced.
The guy seems to have all his info down and is not a kook.
The forum is one that you have to pay to become a member, but you can read, all you want.
It is an interesting story and makes a lot of sense.
Of course, the government has made the plans to the towers classified, so you can not look it up.
I knew a guy who was at the towers when they were being built but he was just bringing up materials and did not really know what it was, exactly.
It may have been done where certain specialists came in, at a certain stage, but did not discuss it with the other crews.
