"For the first time, the extent to which some private contractors have profited from the conflict and rebuilding has been researched by the BBC's
Panorama using US and Iraqi government sources..." [Jane Corbin, BBC News].
We all suspected such, but now the BBC has dug a little more dirt on the rape of Iraq by this Administration, V.P. Cheney, Haliburton and others. The
article puts this forward as outright "War Profiteering". If there is a hell, I can only imagine souls lumped into the War Profiteering group must
burn a little hotter than all others.
I find it revealing there's a gag-order that will likely not be lifted while Bush is in power. These accusations are extremely important right now as
we question whether American troops should remain in Iraq. It brings to light, motivation behind going into Iraq in the very first place. Now the
evidence oozes to the surface.
For a western nation to invade a middle east nation is precarious enough. Many Americans wonder why so many Muslims hate us. Perhaps they are reading
the same BBC articles.
