Weird thing in the "The American Civil War of 2005 as predicted by John Titor" Thread

I posted to the thread about George Bush's September 11, 1990 speech where he references a "New World Order". Here is the post:

Please note again, that the September 11, 1990 speech referencing a "New World Order" COMES DIRECTLY FROM GEORGE H. W. BUSH'S OWN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY. Unless, of course, you care to claim his own library is somehow "extremely biased propaganda"?

In my browser, it doesn't show up. It only goes to page 221. However, if you manually put in page 222, such as this link has: www.abovetopsecret.com...
then it shows up.

Is it just me, or is anyone else having this problem?

Recently I will see that a member or a ats anonymous has posted to a thread but when I go there to look there isn't anything there. It's making it difficult to respond to discussions.
