hey world watcher thats a good pic ive seen some live footage of him though where its really pronounced and looks huge

i wanted to shoot this back up in recent posts cause i still have not found out how he got the large indentation on his forehead and in light of recent events in spain

I remember hearing it was some sort of injury related to mujahadeen fighting in the 80s.
