Hartfords Shame.

These people should be so ashamed of themselves. To let that poor man lay there in the street...to say its sickening would be to understate the case.

How do they even look themselves in the mirror?

One guy didn't want to help, because he wasn't comfortable with all the blood...WTF?

I can't even begin to express my contempt...
