Does any big name in the resistance movement pay their taxes? Jordan Maxwell, Mark Dice, etc... Just curious, because no matter how much I study the Federal Income Tax and the Federal Reserve, no one believes me. I got in a huge argument with my friends last night who ganged up on me, and its obvious that they weren't educated on the subject. I ended up storming out of the room. I guess I should have kept it to myself, wouldn't want to hurt anyones ego by telling them the truth.

I pay my taxes, not because it is a legal form of taxation. Just the opposite. I like my life intact, so I pay them their extortion money to leave me alone.
However, I am a CEO and I own a Corporation. So, in a sense - I am being properly Taxed.

Personally, I would like to know who has successfully fought the IRS and won. The legal precedents would be interesting to see. Of course, I would like to know who has lost and in what courts.

I have a federal job so fighting it myself at this point would probably be a genius move.

Edit:

As for Alex Jones, who knows unless he discloses that himself. He is liable to pay corporate taxes on his company, though.

I would hope that alex jones pays his taxes, b/c he owns his own business and is probably making a killing by selling his videos, etc. I would love to see his annual income totals. I love a lot of his info, but still have some doubts about his intents, and have trouble respecting or trusting somebody so smart who still has a silly dogmatic christian stance. Very fishy.

I've heard him on his show say that he does indeed pay his taxes, because as he put it you have to pick your battles and that is one battle he doesn't have time nor the energy to fight.

I don't no what show it was, but I heard it over the summer on the repeat stream off his site. Hope that helps.

Yes, there was awhile where I wasn't taking from my earnings, but I have since started doing such for just this reason. I am no good to my children if I am sitting behind federal prison walls *shrugs*

OP: Why are curious about Alex Jones? Why even care about if your friends agree with you? Alex is not G.d and you don't need anyone's approval to do what your heart feels is right. If you pay them or if you don't... either of those options should be done with full conviction of heart. This means that *you* are fully aware of the benefits and consequences of doing either/or and to do something with full conviction of heart means that you don't need to convince anyone... you will do what you know is right for you.

I do commend you for wanting to inform your friends, but that is all you can do. Whatever you do should be done because *you* know it is right for you. Same goes for them and same goes for Alex Jones.

When I frequently listened to Jones' daily radio show I heard him once say that he did, indeed, pay his Federal taxes. I think a caller asked him.

That is correct. I have heard him say it at least once. And the reason he gave was that although he doesn't agree with it, he does it simply as a sacrifice to be able to remain on the air. In other words, remaining on the air ultimately is vastly more important than any squabble over income taxes to him. And I happen to agree, in his case, 100%
The man is a legend.

There is a difference between knowing a path and walking it.

Thats all im going to say on this topic.

You get what I mean.

If I can give one piece of advice to you it would be, beware of the false and that is that.

Cheers and all the best.

Indeed. I heard him once give that exact same reason as well. I think he also said something about his wife and young children?

The IRS probably audits him daily.

They probably have a department set aside just for Alex Jones. They probably chemically test the ink he uses to file with, hoping for . . . something . . . anything . . to nail the guy for.
