I went to sleep last night just like every other night. I took my glasses off and placed them on the night stand and fell asleep. Well I woke up at about 6 AM and was wearing my glasses. I thought, "WTF are my glasses doing on my face?". I took them off and fell back asleep. I later woke up at 9 AM. When I went to hop in the shower, I went into the bathroom and undressed. I looked in the mirror and saw these 3 large round red circles on my upper arm in the shape of a triangle. I was thinking to myself, "Where the hell did these come from?". I thought and though, but didn't remember bumping into anything, being pinched.....nothing. Then I remembered waking up earlier with my glasses on and got a little freaked out. I took a picture of them with my cell phone, but don't know how to display it on here. If someone could tell me how to display a picture on here, I will add it and ask for some input. I don't remember any dreams at all from last night. Although I should mention that I've had several dreams of seeing the skies FILLED with hundreds of UFO's.

Please tell me how to post my picture. I'd like some input.

To post a picture, you need to find a website like photobucket.com

Post your pick in there, and then embed it, or link to it in your post.

I feel for you. About 5 months ago, I woke up and found two perfect puncture marks right where you draw blood on my right arm. I was like WTH(F) is that?

I hate needles, and never do drugs, so I was a little freaked.

You can upload your image with a service such as flickr or imageshack, and then when you have it uploaded, copy it's url and use the image button when you post a reply. It's 2 buttons to the right from the URL button (with the world icon).

More on topic, the first thing that came into my mind is sleepwalking - have you ever been sleepwalking before in your life? Strange things can happen when you do ;D but of course the red marks are strange. Now get that picture up!

Anyone wanna guess? Now I've heard of scoop marks, dot patterns and triangle markings which kinda sparks my curiosity because of the triangle pattern.

Hmm, it looks a bit like when someone grips you in the forearm real hard and leaves bruises. Or like when you've been lying on a weird shaped object.. Are the spots bruisey, as in do they hurt ?

I cant really say what the spots are from looking at the photo.. I suppose these photos are as good as it gets :/?

Hmm. If i was you i would go in monday morning and have your blood tested for anything out of the ordinary...feel around your body for anything else...bumps ect. It could be possible that an implant of sort was left as tracking. If you have a magnent run it around your body to see if it reacts with anything.

They don't hurt. They're not tender like a bruise would be. My first thought when I saw them was, "Did someone grab me or pinch me?". But I had no recollection of anything like that happening to me. It's just weird. Trust me, I wouldn't post my pictures and my concern about it here if I hadn't already thought of all the other possibilities.

They weren't there when I went to bed. They were there in the morning.

Thought so, you seem quite coherent

Well, I'm done shedding light
the things that strike me is it's symmetrical appearance and its weird angle on your forearm (its not that straight right.. anybody here with anatomical knowledge?)

Is there anything else that might be odd? Like, have you been emotional today or remembering weird episodes from your youth, suggestive stuff like that?
If anything weird happened, I doubt it would be accessible to the conscious mind, so you may want to close your eyes for a while. I'm absolutely no expert at these kind of things, but I also wouldn't know what else to do..

Thanks a lot for your insight Scraze, but I'm at a loss myself. I can't think of anything that would have caused those marks.

Have you ever been known to sleepwalk?

I just wonder if you got up while in a dream and put your glasses on for some reason.

Maybe you got up to look for something in a sleepwalk dream and bumped into something while walking around in the dark.

Is there anything on the walls of your home at the height where the marks are that you may have run into?

You bring up a good suggestion about sleep walking. My apartment is like a maze. I have so much stuff around. Treadmill, Ab Lounger, Mountain bike, furniture....I would surely expect to trip over something in the dark if I were sleep walking. Although I suppose we can't rule it out....BUT I don't see ANYTHING around here that I could have bumped into to produce such makings. And like I stated they aren't tender. Surely if I bumped into something hard enough to leave those marks, it would be tender to the touch. But when I touch them....nothing.

First of all, nice bod, you look as if you take very good care of yourself.
Now, are they actually indented like the notorious scoop marks? If so I would say that you just may have been used to carry on the alien human hybrid experience. You do look genetically much like the type they use because of success rate being higher.
Do you recall vividly having recurring dreams when you were younger?
Have you seen possible UAP's during your lifetime?

Mrchipps, I also had a strange thing happen last night (Friday Night). I hadnt done anything different or out of what I usually do and I woke up with this wierd pattern on my hand.

i34.photobucket.com...

I also made a separate post about it and have thought about all of the possibilities. Its been a full day and its still there.

I live in Philadelphia, PA if location might have something to do with it?

When I touch them I feel nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing raised, nothing lowered (like a scoop mark). They're just there.

Throughout my life I've had several UFO and alien dreams.

There's only 2 incidents I remember from my childhood which still freaks me out to this day.....and I was WIDE awake when they happened. If you care to know, I'll share them with you.

I'm intrigued to hear what happened please do tell the story.

Have you moved from the area you grew up in or specifically where you had these experiences previously?

Perhaps you're in a long term program and that won't be your last unexplained mark... Not that is a bad thing really, doesn't seem to be doing you any harm, but it'd be nice to be in the program willingly.

Ok, my 2 weirdest memories from childhood. I was about 9 years old. I'm lying in bed at night, scared to death for some reason, and can't fall asleep. So scared I think I was trembling. So, being a child, I distinctly remember begging the "Sandman" to come and make me fall asleep. Suddenly, at the foot of my bed, a very bright flash of light. It didn't illuminate the room, but it was an oval shaped flash (I would estimate about 1 and a half feet wide and about 6 feet tall from the floor to its top) with a distinct center point from which rays of light emminated creating the oval shape. I immediately felt at peace and fell asleep within seconds.

The second memory, (I'm guessing I was still around 9 years old) I woke up in the middle of the night scared to death. My parents room was just down the hall from mine, so I went into their room to seek comfort. I don't remember if I tried to wake them or not, I just remember being curled up into a fetal position by their dresser which was near the foot of their bed. Suddenly these 3 large floating pale heads (I don't remember bodies, just the 3 heads) appear in front of me. They're floating about 4 feet above the ground. One at a time, each head bows down and looks at me for a few seconds. The next thing I remember is waking up in my bed the next morning.

Man, the hair is standing up on my arms talking about that floating head incident.

I have a few other odd memories, but those 2 stand out the most.

well, along the lines of the whole glasses incident, the same things happens to me, sometimes vice versa, i doubt this is caused by anything paranormal, just something we did while we dreamed. the markings, probably indentations of your own fingertips from certain positions in your sleep. or maybe an object.

gee ive shared both your experiences...

the light thing, ive seen it more than once. every time i ask spirits for certain things desperately, when in panic or fright, i see it, and it settles me.

the heads, i had in a dream, but most likely your parents carried you to your bed in your sleep.

edit: added an "s" to the word settle...

I was probably about 10 or 11 and my family had moved, but we were in my old house and spent the night. The house was completely empty, because we were taking the last of the stuff out.

Anyways, I was asleep in the living room with my sister and parents. I woke up at around 3 AM, and was /really/ cold. I remember walking into the bathroom, but then I woke up about 20 feet away from where I remembered laying down. . . I had a dream of an 8 foot tall translucent "Reaper" looking thing. Except it was dark blue and had no features.
