Less than a year after his agency warned of new threats from a resurgent al-Qaeda, CIA Director Michael V. I once read the book and the article pushlished online explaining in detail what the States had to gain from 9/11. When you look at how huge Al-Qaeda is, it's no wonder we're at the height of our popularity.
