Actually, I don�t think bob was hallucinating. This was obviously a rare encounter with a recently freed Gnome.

For those of you who are not aware, Gnomes, especially of the Garden variety, have been oppressed almost to the point of slavery for many decades, both in the US and abroad. To combat this sad state of affairs several groups have organized into well established foundations; The Gnome Liberation Army (GLA), The Garden Gnome Liberation Front (of which I am a long standing member), and Free the Gnomes, just to name a few.

I believe this Gnome, having recently been freed by one or more of the aforementioned liberation groups, dipped a bit too much into his elderberry wine to celebrate and was joyously (if a bit drunkenly) expressing his pleasure with his new life.

Congratulations, bobthebuilder. Consider yourself honored.

bobthebuilder theres a part of my town where its in the outskirts and at night ive heard many friends tell me that if you go there at night youll see small people come out of the trees. i wouldnt doubt it because if seen lots of ''weird'' things most of you probably might find interesting...

Damn those pesky gnomes, always running around saying "Hi!"....and I quote Rick James "Cocaines a helluva drug". Even though this sounds more like acid, I just like that quote.
